Tracy T. Ng, AMFT (she, they)
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #148225
Supervised by Nanci Kim, LMFT CA #95979
Tracy is a second-generation Chinese American therapist who brings a warm, grounded presence to her work. Raised in diverse immigrant communities throughout California, she carries a multicultural lens and deep respect for the complex ways we learn to find our voice, adapt to change and navigate systems—especially when our identities feel unseen or misunderstood.
Tracy creates a safe, supportive space where clients can simply exist—without pressure or pretense. They understand how exhausting it can be to constantly shape yourself to fit expectations and she works collaboratively to help clients explore who they are, what they value and how to move toward joy with authenticity and self-compassion.
Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals in intensive care settings and individual therapy, as well as serving 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in digital crisis spaces, mentoring children through chronic illness using creative expression, and leading socially-driven outdoor recreation for underserved teens. They work from a humanistic and integrative framework, drawing from ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR and Art Therapy to help clients reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit.
Before becoming a therapist, Tracy spent a decade in the tech industry, where she honed skills in listening deeply, holding complexity and connecting with people across cultures and experiences. Their journey into psychotherapy is rooted in her natural capacity to sit with others in both their light and their pain—with gentleness, compassion, and a deep belief in the healing power of being truly seen.
Tracy is especially passionate about working with individuals healing from trauma, exploring identity, and reclaiming their inner resilience.
